1. It can reduce Mooney viscosity of rubber material, improve the dispersion of carbon black and coordination agent, and give the rubber material better safety scorch; It can play an optimization role in various processing stages such as rubber mixing, calendering and vulcanization. Adding a small amount can solve a series of technical problems such as uneven mixing, air holes in the pressed section, lack of glue in the finished product, unclear pattern and so on. Jiaoyi Powder PR-85 does not affect the physical properties of rubber material such as tensile strength, fixed elongation strength, hardness, resilience and other indicators, nor does it affect the vulcanization time of rubber material, directly added, without adjusting the formula. Jiaoyisan PR-85 can reduce the large current load during mixing and protect the equipment.

2. It can improve the pressing speed of rubber material by 15%-20%, reduce the pressing temperature of rubber material by about 10℃, and has good pressing safety. It can reduce or eliminate the porosity of the pressed section and improve the compactness of the product. Reduce the return rate of rubber material from sulfur glue to ensure the stability of size and quality of pressed parts. Cold feed pressing out, better effect.

3. Can improve the fluidity of the rubber material, so that the vulcanized products do not lack of glue, clear pattern.
